Greetings! My name is Stacy Morse and I have been working as a freelance graphic and website designer for the last 12+ years. I have also worked in advertising, sales, publishing, and commercial printing alongside some highly educated and talented people. These experiences have taught me a lot about design, marketing, sales, body language, and networking, all of which have aided in the development of my career and design skills. I have designed a wide range of both print and digital assets for clients located all over the United States in many industries including political, retail, energy, and non-profit.
I am proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite of products including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. I frequently work with WordPress and have some experience with html and css. Though I have many years of real-world experience in graphic design, I recently returned to school to obtain my bachelor’s degree in graphic design and media arts, where I am proudly maintaining a 3.8 GPA and enjoying learning more about art and design. Additionally, I have obtained multiple certifications through AIGA for Client Relations, and numerous design related certificates through LinkedIn Learning. I am also working towards fluency in reading, speaking, and writing Spanish and Russian so I can work with a wider range of clients and industries.
I am a mother of two wonderful boys, 21 and 10. I’m originally from California, where I lived for over 30 years before relocating to the East coast. I love animals and prior to my career in design I spent nearly a decade working as a Veterinary Technician. I also have a passion for photography and love to travel and photograph beautiful landscapes, historic and abandoned places, and unique items. I have a genuine interest in broadening my knowledge and I enjoy learning new things. I also welcome and appreciate constructive criticism and feedback because it encourages me to evaluate and make improvements.
